Diabetes Prevention Program with MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center

MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center offers free programs designed to help you take control of pre-diabetes.

Participate in our free, year-long class designed to eliminate possible diabetes risk factors by making simple, healthier changes.

The program is free, but you must pre-register, as space is limited. In order to qualify you must be prediabetic, NOT diabetic. You must either have an A1C over 5.7 or score a 5 or above on the risk test.
