Are you at risk for pre-diabetes? Join us for our free in-person or virtual Diabetes Prevention Program. It’s a 12-month, lifestyle change program designed to help prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes.
With the help of a Lifestyle Coach, participants will learn to reduce their risk by making positive changes, such as eating healthy, adding more physical activity into their daily routines, and improving their coping and problem-solving skills. Even small lifestyle changes can significantly reduce your chance of developing type 2 diabetes or other health issues. This program is not recommended for people who have diabetes.
