This course is designed to offer an introduction to the basics of infant feeding. Mechanics/biology of breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and potential complications will be discussed. The lactation specialist will leave you feeling supported, confident and capable in your lactation journey and provide you with resources and access to a lactation support group.
