This class will explore the varied ways you can find comfort during labor and birth. Learn about all the tools you and your support can use during labor and delivery, including but not limited to: breathing patterns, position changes, relaxation techniques, etc. (Note: Prior knowledge (ie Childbirth Express) of the mechanics of childbirth is ideal to benefit the most from this class). MUST have taken the Prepared Childbirth Express class before attending.
