Jared T. Aida, DO is a board-certified physiatrist who specializes in Sports Medicine, Spine Medicine, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, Non-Surgical Orthopedics, Concussion, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, Ultrasound- and Fluoroscopic-guided Interventional Spine, Joint, and Nerve procedures, and Regenerative Medicine, including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP).
Dr. Aida received his medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. He completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Loma Linda University Health in Southern California. Dr. Aida also completed a sports medicine and interventional spine fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital/National Rehabilitation Network.
Dr. Aida believes in providing high-quality, individualized whole-person care to each patient. He enjoys developing comprehensive treatment plans for each patient which can include lifestyle modifications, therapeutic exercise, osteopathic manipulation, injections, or a regenerative intervention. He is passionate about educating the next generation of physicians and has a special interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound, biomechanics, and lifestyle medicine.
Dr. Aida enjoys caring for athletes of all ages and skill levels from the weekend warrior to the elite athlete. He has provided medical coverage for various teams and activities including the Washington Wizards, George Washington University, University of California Riverside, Bethesda-Chevy Chase high school, Marine Corps Marathon, Baltimore Running Festival, Army 10 Miler, and the Redlands Bicycle Classic.
