About me

Dr. Hsu is a transplant hepatologist at Medstar Georgetown Transplant Institute. She obtained her Bachelor of Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College-Thomas Jefferson University. She then completed her internal medicine residency training at Boston University Medical Center followed by gastroenterology and transplant hepatology training at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Her clinical interests include viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, liver cancer and benign liver lesions, fatty liver disease, autoimmune liver diseases and transplant medicine. Her research interests include hepatic fibrosis, alcoholic liver disease, benign and malignant liver lesions, and hepatocellular carcinoma. She is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.  She greatly looks forward to serving patients of DC, Maryland and Virginia area.
