D.C. has become a terrific place to live, work and play. Dynamic entertainment, cultural and commercial areas are interspersed with quiet residential streets and parks. The majesty of the carefully sculpted classical structures of the Nation's Mall and Monuments are complemented by the natural scenic beauty of Rock Creek Park and the Potomac.
The MedStar Washington Hospital Center campus is located in Northwest Washington, D.C. just on the edge of the Northeast. It is on the same campus as the VA Medical Center, Children's National Medical Center, and National Rehabilitation Hospital. Just to the east is Catholic University, and just to the west is Howard University. The areas to the North and South are primarily residential.
