Jen McQueeney has 20+ years of consulting experience in various industries. Much of that time was spent as a Project Manager ensuring client satisfaction, while managing to scope, cost, and schedule. Prior to joining MedStar Health, Jen worked as a Performance Improvement Lean Facilitator at Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC) focused on reducing hospital denials and rolling out the Inpatient Care Model (Pilot to Program) with interdisciplinary rounding, which resulted in LOS reduction, earlier discharge time of day, improved team communication, and reduced denials. In her current role as Performance Improvement Manager for MedStar Health, she focuses on managing the Sepsis Collaborative work.
