Linda Rogers

Joining MedStar Health in 2008, Rogers provides strategic planning for the MedStar Health Cancer Network.  She brings more than 25 years of healthcare clinical, administrative, and operational experience to the centralized role.

In addition to this regional leadership role, Rogers is vice president and chief operating officer of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Cancer Institute and MedStar Health Bel Air Medical Campus Cancer Center. In this role she is responsible for the executive management of the Cancer Institute, including surgical, infusion treatment, and supportive care services, overseeing all areas of operations. She is an essential part of planning and leadership across types of cancer and supportive services.

Rogers previously worked as director of Cancer Services at LifeBridge Health, providing service line leadership across specialties at the Cancer Institute. She has also worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital in a variety of roles, including bone marrow transplant nurse, informatics liaison and manager of several related services.

Rogers holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

She is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and Healthcare Financial Management Association.
