Cardiac Electrophysiologist Glenn Meininger, MD, is the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology Services for the Baltimore region of the MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute. He is board certified in cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular disease, and internal medicine.
Dr. Meininger specializes in treating patients with heart rhythm disorders, or arrhythmia, and helps people manage arrhythmia using a variety of techniques, including catheter ablation, electrophysiology testing, pacemakers, defibrillators, medication, and lifestyle changes. Because heart-rhythm disorders often involve a number of contributing health factors, he takes the time to understand the cause of the problem, so he can recommend a treatment plan that addresses all health concerns a plan that improves his patients’ quality of life.
