MedStarRefer for iOS v1.0
Once you’ve installed the app, you should see it on the rightmost page of your iPhone (you may need to swipe to get to it). The app will look like this:
If you tap on the app at this time, you will get the following message:
This is normal, and we will fix this in the following steps.
First, you’ll need to open your settings. Once there, select the “General” option, highlighted below:
Now, you should see a “Device Management” option on your “General” page, as highlighted below. (You may need to scroll down to see it)
From this page, tap “MedStar Health, Inc.”
Now, tap “Trust ‘MedStar Health, Inc.'”, as highlighted below:
Finally, select the red “Trust” option, as shown in the screenshot below:
Once you’ve chosen to trust MedStar Health, Inc., the window should update to look like the screenshot below. Do not select “Delete App” unless you want to delete the MedStarRefer App, otherwise you’ll have to take these steps all over again.
At this point, you should be able to use the app as you normally would! You may now close this window.
