When you initially open your app from your IPhone, you will notice the warning in the first image below. To remove this warning, you will need to indicate that you trust the MedStar Health developer. Follow the steps below on your IPhone to enable MedStar Health as a trusted enterprise developer.
This is normal, and we will fix this in the following steps.
First, you’ll need to open your settings. Once there, select the “General” option, highlighted below:
Now, you should see a “Device Management” option on your “General” page, as highlighted below. (You may need to scroll down to see it)
From this page, tap “MedStar Health, Inc.”
Now, tap “Trust ‘MedStar Health, Inc.'”, as highlighted below:
Finally, select the red “Trust” option, as shown in the screenshot below:
Once you’ve chosen to trust MedStar Health, Inc., the window should update to look like the screenshot below. Do not select “Delete App” unless you want to delete the MedStarRefer App, otherwise you’ll have to take these steps all over again.
At this point, you should be able to use the app as you normally would! You may now close this window.
