MedStar Accountable Care is proudly participating in the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP) as a Care Transformation Organization (CTO). A partnership between the state of Maryland and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), the Maryland Primary Care Program is a statewide initiative to improve primary care services for Medicare beneficiaries.As a CTO, MedStar Accountable Care provides analytics, program expertise, and care coordination services to Maryland Medicare beneficiaries attributed to our partner participant practices
