Yoga is an ancient and systematic approach to good health and well-being that helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Learn the physical and mental exercise that brings the body and mind together into one harmonious experience. Class meets six weeks. Mats are provided. When registering, notify of any injuries, surgeries, or limitations.
Cost is $80 for eights weeks. Class meets Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m.
