Yoga is an ancient and systematic approach to good health and wellbeing that helps to reduce stress, improve concentration and develop strength, flexibility and balance. Learn the physical and mental exercise that brings the body and mind together into one harmonious experience. Class meets six weeks.

Cost is $60 for six weeks. Class meets every Tuesday, Sept. 15 - Oct. 20 from 6 to 7 p.m.
