A FREE Online 12-month lifestyle change program designed to help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. Participants will learn to make lasting lifestyle changes, such as eating healthier, adding physical activity into their daily routine, and improving coping skills.
This program is held weekly during the first 16 weeks of the program, then monthly after week 17 for the final six months of the program. Each module lasts one hours. Participants work at their own pace and have up to 7 days to complete each module.

This is an Online program. An active email address is required. A link to the Program will be forwarded to participants prior to the start of the program.
Participants must have access to a computer, smart phone, or mobile app. This program is not for people currently diagnosed with diabetes.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- At risk for Type 2 diabetes; have been diagnosed with prediabetes; or been previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes
