Join us for a FREE Diabetes Prevention Program
- A 12-month lifestyle-change program to help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.
- Learn to eat healthy, add physical activity to your life, manage stress, stay motivated, and solve problems that can get in the way of healthy changes.
- Designed for those 18 years old or older, overweight, and at risk for developing type 2 diabetes or have been diagnosed with prediabetes.
The program meets weekly on Mondays at St. Stephens A.M.E. Church from 7-8 p.m. starting April 9, 2018 through Monday, March 11, 2019.
