Have fun, feel better, and get fit with a free 45-minute fitness, active aging, group exercise class. The class is designed to help older adults increase muscular strength, flexibility, range of motion, and maintain their cardiovascular health. Classes are ongoing.

Physician consent required. Please bring signed consent form to first class. Consent forms must be brought the first day of class if not mailed prior.
