This is for patients with arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic illnesses and includes access to an on-site fitness center (physician referral required). Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Fridays, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. To register, call 443-444-3881. Fee: $20 per month or $90 for six months.
