Branded Headshots and MediaValet Request Form

The purpose of this form is to submit assets to be posted on MediaValet.

All pricing is listed below (Please note: assets that require Photoshop work are (1) headshots that do not contain the correct Charcoal background; or (2) those that contain outdated MedStar Health signage, logos, etc. ).

Pricing:

Headshots: $20 per asset to add the branded Charcoal background*

Background Photoshop work will be completed for you. All assets will be uploaded, and categories and keywords will be entered into MediaValet. All filenames need to match our file naming convention before uploading to this form: Entity_Region(or)Location_Subject_of_Asset.extension

*If your headshot contains old logos that need to be Photoshopped out, there will be a $25 per asset cost for retouching.

*If your headshot does not contain MedStar Health specific information (e.g., no logo on lab coat), and you’d like to have a logo, care provider’s name, etc., Photoshopped into your photo, there will be a slightly higher cost for this service: $30 per asset.
