About Us

Our clinic at the Bel Air Athletic Club offers orthopedic services for all ages and activity levels. Our specialists treat both acute and chronic orthopedic injuries and conditions, including spine and lower back pain, as well as sports-related injuries. We also work collaboratively with MedStar Health’s renowned orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists to help you return to your everyday life faster and safer.

Our support group for stroke survivors, family, and friends meets on the third Thursday of every month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Physical Therapists and Other Specialists

Steve Luca attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiological sciences. He also completed his master’s degree in physical therapy from Old Dominion. Steve is a certified athletic trainer and specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Stephanie Alderson earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. In addition, Stephanie completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Arcadia University. Stephanie specializes in the following rehabilitation areas:

Chelsea Mitchell received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Stevenson University. She also attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy. Chelsea specializes in the following:

Karen Zimmerman attended Salisbury University where she received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training.
