  • Josh Billings, PT, MPT, AVP

    Josh Billings attended Susquehanna University where he received a bachelor’s degree in biology. He also completed his master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Delaware. Josh’s clinical expertise is in working with orthopedic patients as well as athletes, particularly runners and baseball players. His rehabilitation specialties include:
    • Gait Analysis and Gait Retraining

  • Emily Coates, PT, DPT, Clinic Director

    Emily Coates received her bachelor’s degree in biology from The State University of New York Geneseo. Emily also completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Clarkson University. Emily specializes in the treatment of pediatric and adolescent patients, including gross motor delays, torticollis/plagiocephaly, orthopedic and sports injuries, management of concussions and addressing poor coordination in early sports participation. She is also an active participant in MedStar Health’s pediatric sports medicine group. Emily’s rehabilitation specialties include:

  • Carissa K. Colangelo, PTA, ATC

    Carissa Colangelo graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania with an associate's degree in physical therapy assistance and a bachelor's degree in athletic training. In addition, Carissa attended Ohio University where she earned a master’s degree in athletic training and higher education. She is a certified athletic trainer and spent six years as an assistant athletic trainer in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and her rehabilitation specialties include:

    • Golf TPI Level 1 Screening

  • Justin Cooper, PT, MPT

    Justin Cooper attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where he received a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. He also completed his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A high school soccer and golf coach, Justin earned the advanced back-to-golf certification and currently runs the Golf Performance program at several MedStar Health Physical Therapy locations. Other rehabilitation specialties include:

  • Lindsay Crossin, PT, DPT

    Lindsay Crossin received her bachelor's degree in health science from Bloomsburg University. In addition, Lindsay completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Drexel University. Lindsay’s rehabilitation specialties include:

  • Matt Dorn, PT, DPT

    Matt Dorn graduated from University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Kinesiology. Matt then went on to obtain his doctoral degree from University of Maryland Baltimore. Matt treats a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Matt has three certifications from Titleist Performance Institute, and helps rehabilitate golfers of all skill levels. She also attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where she completed her doctoral degree in physical therapy. She is currently MedStar Health's Return to Play Program Specialist. Samantha’s rehabilitation specialties include:
