MedStar National Rehabilitation Network Holds 10th Annual Super H 5K Run, Walk & Wheel, Sunday, September 22

McLean, Virginia – MedStar National Rehabilitation Network will host its 10th annual Super H 5K Run, Walk & Wheel on Sunday, September 22 for runners, walkers and athletes with disabilities. The event will begin and end at Sport & Health Club in Tysons Corner (8250 Greensboro Dr., McLean, Virginia 22102).

Registration begins at 7 a.m., and the race begins at 8 a.m. Registration includes a post-race party with food and entertainment, and the fee is $45. Each registrant gets a two-week free membership to Sport & Health in Tysons Corner.

All proceeds from the race will support MedStar NRH’s adaptive sports programs for disabled athletes. These programs enable adaptive athletes – those with those with disabilities who compete in various sports to stay active – to take part in sports such as wheelchair basketball, wheelchair tennis, sled hockey, quad rugby, sit volleyball, hand cycling, rowing and more.
