Lee Fireman, MD

Lee Fireman, MD"I am a pediatric generalist and hospitalist working in all aspects of pediatrics. I work with the Family Medicine Residents throughout their pediatric training at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center (MFSMC) while rotating in the outpatient clinic, newborn nursery, inpatient pediatrics and pediatric emergency room.

Prior to my position here I was a clinical assistant professor at Johns Hopkins University at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for 4 years. I joined the faculty at MFSMC in 2007. Most of my time is in the Family Health Center, with dedicated time teaching the Family Medicine Residents pediatrics. I also care for my own panel of patients in the Family Health Center, but am always available to consult with trainees and faculty on both routine and challenging clinical patients. As a clinical educator and practicing pediatrician, I enjoy teaching trainees the care of children and adolescents. MFSMC is a great place to be."
