Dr. Radhika Vij is Vice-Chair/Outpatient Medicine & Associate Program Director. She was born and raised in India and moved to Baltimore, Maryland to do her training in Internal Medicine at Greater Baltimore Medical Center where she also served as Chief Resident. She subsequently joined the faculty at MedStar Health Internal Medicine Residency Program where, in addition to caring for patients, she has been deeply committed to medical education. She is the Director of the Internal Medicine Primary Care Track & is at the forefront of ambulatory education in internal medicine. Her interests include chronic disease management, preventive care and training the next generation of physicians to become patient-centered, humanistic, and compassionate clinicians.
Outside of work she enjoys music, reading, traveling and spending time with her family & friends.
