Why NRH-Georgetown? I chose MedStar NRH-Georgetown for residency because of its well-rounded training program, which offers opportunities such as the longitudinal ultrasound track. MedStar Georgetown is also one of the only PM&R programs with an established global health track, which aligns with my passion for serving diverse global communities. However, what truly sets NRH-Georgetown apart is the people. Throughout the interview process, I met many residents, and their kindness and professionalism were unparalleled. They are competent and confident physicians and incredibly interesting people outside of medicine. I also do not think there is a better, more supportive program director than Dr. Wisotzky!
