Stefanie Jones serves as vice president of Human Resources, for Corporate, Shared Services and Information Services, and MedStar Medical Group (MMG) where she oversees the Human Resources function and operations for these entities. In addition to managing the Human Resources teams, she leads the development and implementation of the respective entity people strategies. For MMG, she supervises physician recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, and education and development, ensuring our medical group continues to attract, cultivate, and retain top physicians and associates.
Jones initially joined MedStar Health in 1991, working in various roles supporting Human Resources at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. She transitioned to additional leadership positions with other healthcare and consulting organizations before returning to MedStar Health in 2016 as director, Human Resources, followed by her most recent role as assistant vice president.
