Demile Gilmore
As vice president of human resources, Demile Gilmore provides strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of human resource management at MedStar Health’s hospitals and facilities in the Baltimore region.
Gilmore first joined MedStar Health in 2019 and has more than 25 years of experience in human resource management. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree.
