As vice president of operations, Matt Trojanowski is responsible for providing executive leadership, direction, and oversight for the hospital’s clinical and non-clinical support service operations and project management.
Matt started his healthcare career as a respiratory therapist before taking on a variety of administrative roles of increasing responsibility. He previously served as the senior director of clinical support operations at MedStar Harbor Hospital where he oversaw the hospital’s lab, imaging services, pharmacy, and patient/guest relations. He also assisted with several special projects.
Matt earned his Master of Healthcare Administration/Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a Master of Science in Respiratory Care Leadership from Northeastern University.
Additionally, Matt is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a certified Six Sigma black belt.
