Laura Levin, AuD, CCC-A is a clinical audiologist serving adult and pediatric patients at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Levin earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy Neuroscience and Psychology with minors in Legal Studies and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a doctorate in clinical audiology from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine where she worked in the Vanderbilt Cochlear Implant Research Laboratory under the direction of Dr. René Gifford. Her experience includes adult and pediatric diagnostic evaluations, electrophysiologic measures, vestibular assessment, acoustic and bone-anchored amplification, and cochlear implantation. She is a member of the MedStar Georgetown University Hospital Cochlear Implant Team. Dr. Levin is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA, CCC-A) and licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and member of the American Cochlear Implant Alliance (ACIA).
