Dr Tunnage was fantastic!! She gave clear explanations and asked for questions. She helped me understand her philosophy and why she felt certain decisions were good. She showed genuine care for me a person, and a woman. She took my opinions and goals in and used them to make decisions about my care. It may seem silly to others but it was striking to me, before we even met, we came to an intersection in the hall and she stopped so her nurse and I could go first and greeted me while I passed her. Not many doctors would put their patients first in this manor. This small gesture will forever be my memory of her and makes me have 100% confidence that she will take care of me and my health.
