About me

I am excited to welcome new patients in the Outpatient Pavilion at MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, where I provide expert surgical care of the genital and urinary system.

With over eight years of experience as a board certified urologist, I provide high-quality care and treatment for patients with urological conditions at MedStar Health Urology at MedStar St. Mary's. I have a strong background in urological surgery, neurobiology, and neuroscience, and I apply my skills and knowledge to perform various procedures, such as minimally invasive prostate surgery for both cancer and enlargement, minimally invasive treatments for both fecal and urinary incontinence, and minimally invasive kidney stone surgery, among others. I also collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and staff to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as an assistant professor at Georgetown University School of Medicine, where I teach and mentor medical students and residents in the field of urology. I am passionate about learning new techniques and technologies, and I participate in research and education activities that aim to advance the field and improve the quality of life for my patients. I value teamwork, excellence, and compassion, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the medical community. My mission is to make a positive difference in the health and well-being of the people I serve.

A graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Luskin completed his residency in urology and a general surgery internship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. He joins MedStar St. Mary’s from Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, and was in private practice in Montrose, Colorado prior to that.
