Yuuki L. Unno, MSHS

Yuuki Unno is a project manager at the MedStar Health National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare. In this role, Yuuki supports the center’s research and operational projects to improve healthcare safety and processes through workflow management. She manages several multi-million dollar projects, including contracts from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and grants from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, by coordinating project development, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders. Previously, Yuuki worked as an administrative officer and Program Analyst for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. She holds a master’s in Health Science in Clinical and Translational Research from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland. She enjoys traveling, taking long walks with her dog, and learning new recipes in her free time.
