Welcome to breast care at MedStar Harbor Hospital

MedStar Harbor Hospital's breast care is focused on ensuring that patients can easily access the breast and breast cancer care they need, when they need it. Conveniently located on the campus of MedStar Harbor Hospital, in a beautiful and calming waterfront facility, we offer a wide range of clinical services provided by a multidisciplinary team. This team approach to care results in the development of individualized treatment plans customized to the unique needs of each patient to achieve the best outcomes.

Patients requesting a second opinion are seen within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. After reviewing their medical records, our specialists provide patients with additional input and information to better assist them in decision making regarding their treatment moving forward.

We are also committed to the prevention and early detection of breast cancer. Recognizing that many individuals have financial constraints, we provide free mammograms, clinical breast exams, and pap tests for women with limited incomes who are 40 years of age or older, uninsured, or underinsured, and a resident of the Baltimore metropolitan area through our Breast and Cervical Cancer Program.
