Jessica Ailani, MD

Dr. Jessica Ailani, MD is a board-certified neurologist and a UCNS accredited headache specialist.  Dr. Ailani is an associate professor of neurology and the director of the MedStar Georgetown Headache Center at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.

Her specific interests in headache involve procedures in headache medicine.  She has an active role in the American Headache Society serving on the Executive Board as a member-at-large, serves on a variety of committees, and is the outgoing section chair of the procedures in headache medicine special interest group.  At Georgetown, she’s involved in teaching residents and medical students about headaches in order to increase awareness about migraine and associated disorders.
