What Bills Can Be Paid Online?

Bills that may be paid online include any bills for inpatient, outpatient or emergency services which include the line: "Pay online at" under "Ways to Pay" (indicated by the red arrow in the sample bill below).

Click on the links next to the hospital that your bill is from to pay your bill.  For convenience & security, please consider registering as a user. You will be able to stay on top of your bills, go paperless, and keep track of your payments. It only takes a minute!  However, please note that this does not register you for the Patient Portal or register you to pay MedStar physician bills.

MedStar Health Physicians Billing now offers a billing process that is more manageable and easy to use. With our online payment service, you are able to pay your physician bills quickly, securely and conveniently.

Enroll in the myMedStar Patient Portal

myMedStar lets you view summaries of your MedStar hospital stays or doctor visits, send secure email messages to your MedStar healthcare providers, request medication refills, referrals, and more. 

New Medicare Cards

In order to prevent fraud and fight identify theft, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services removed Social Security Numbers from Medicare cards. New cards were mailed in April 2018.
