A six-week option program to prepare you for a positive birth experience and postpartum journey. Our program is designed to help you and your support team plan for labor and delivery, learn comfort measures, infant feeding and understand how to care for a newborn. This one-day-a-week program includes the Comfort Measures Class, Infant Feeding Class and Infant Care Class.
Program is also available through a 5-week series condensed option.

Location: Please note this is a hybrid version, program will be held live via Microsoft TEAMS app and in-person (Comforts Measures and Infant Care portions will be held in person at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center). A confirmation email with class instructions and a link to join class will be sent via email a few days prior to the scheduled time/date of the event/class.
