“As a diplomat of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, my goal is to be a coach for motivated patients to address the root cause of their chronic diseases by focusing on the central pillars of lifestyle medicine such as nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, restorative sleep, and positive psychology to treat and reverse diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. Medications are used as an adjunct only whenever possible.”
