About me
Ashley N. Cullen, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, RNFA, is an advanced practice registered nurse practitioner specializing in vascular surgery. Certified and licensed in family practice, she possesses extensive knowledge in the management of acute and chronic diseases in patient populations ranging from infancy to geriatric.
Ms. Cullen is also certified as an RN First Assistant in Surgery, providing her with the skills to assist on a variety of open and endovascular surgeries, including carotid endarterectomy, transcarotid artery revascularization, open and endovascular abdominal aneurysm repair, dialysis access creation and revision, lower extremity bypass and endarterectomy, lower extremity endovascular procedures, and venous procedures.
In addition to her surgical role, Ms. Cullen treats patients in the outpatient setting, offering diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of vascular conditions such as peripheral arterial disease, aortoiliac occlusive disease, carotid artery disease, aneurysmal disease, and venous insufficiency. She is dedicated to providing continuity of care—guiding patients from initial evaluation through treatment and ongoing management to improve their quality of life and overall vascular health.
