Doctor came in and did not introduce himself and this was my first time meeting him. He had a flat affect. Didn't appear to know anything about me, especially the fact that I was pregnant with my second child. I left feeling very uncertain about the provider and the care I will receive in L&D when the time comes to have my child. Very disappointed in the whole encounter. Was not aware that I was got a BPP/NST prior to the appointment. Not happy at all. Thankful this is not my first go around.
