“As a primary care provider, I am committed to provide my patients with the best possible treatment using the most up-to-date and evidence-based methods, materials and equipment, emphasizing prevention of illness as a higher ideal than the actual treatment of it. Each patient requires a varied amount of physical, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual support. I believe that each patient has basic needs, rights, privileges, and preferences, which must be respected regardless of race, color, age, gender, national origin, economic status or physical disability. My understanding of the relationship between a physician and patient is that we work together to accomplish a desired goal.”
