About me
Marc Shepard, MD, practices internal medicine at the MedStar Health at Lafayette Centre and MedStar Health at Hyattsville. His areas of interest include preventive care, diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School and completed his residency at George Washington University Medical Center.

I have over 20 years of experience practicing internal medicine. Establishing a relationship with my patients and addressing their health care needs together is important to me. I enjoy working with patients who do their own preliminary research and discuss solutions that best meet their lifestyle.
