About me
Mildred Myrtil, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner in the Department of Gastroenterology at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
She earned both her Doctor of Nursing Practice and her BSN from the University of Florida College of Nursing. She also holds a BS in Health Education from the University of Florida.
Mildred believes that all patients should be active and informed partners in their care. She meets her patients where they are and takes the time to provide them with the information they need to understand their condition and make an informed decision about treatment.
When she’s not working, Mildred enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities, as well as cooking dishes from the Caribbean, where she was raised.
