About me

Dr. Umed K. Shah is one of the founders of Shah Associates and is a Board Certified Internist and Board Certified Gastroenterologist. He is affiliated with St. Mary's Hospital and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Shah manages several Clinical Trials with multiple pharmaceutical companies. He is a member of the St. Mary's County Medical Society and is very active in many national and international charitable organizations; he is referred to as "Dr. UK" by many of his patients.
