Why Georgetown?:

Georgetown has truly become a second home to me. From the moment I started working at the hospital, I was struck by how quaint and welcoming it felt - a far cry from the sterile, industrial environments that can be so common in healthcare settings.

Walking into work each day feels like entering a familiar and supportive community. I know all the staff by name, and I never feel like I'm lost in a sea of strangers. This sense of shared purpose and camaraderie creates a unique and special atmosphere that I believe translates into better patient care. When everyone feels like they're in it together, there's a real sense of accountability and dedication that motivates us to do our best work and to support one another every step of the way.

Favorite thing about DC:

While the DMV area boasts an array of fantastic biking and hiking trails, it's the diverse range of restaurants that truly stands out. From classic comfort food to international cuisine, there's always something new to discover. And with the added bonus of being just a stone's throw from some of the most iconic monuments in the city, it truly feels like the best of both worlds - a vibrant and exciting city with a cozy small town feel.
