Dr. Pierre is Haitian- American. He was born and raised in Newark, NJ.  He attended Rutgers University in NJ for undergrad and then obtained his Masters of Science in Biological Sciences degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ Graduate School of Biological Sciences (now Rowan University). He then attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. While in medical school he commissioned into the Air National Guard and proudly serves as a captain with the goal of training to become a flight surgeon. He did his residency training at Christiana Care Family Medicine Residency in Wilmington, DE. While in residency he completed the American Osteopathic Association Training in Policy Studies Fellowship program. He now serves as a Faculty Physician for MedStar Franklin Square Family Medicine Residency and a Clinical Instructor at the Georgetown University Department of Family Medicine.

Dr. Pierre enjoys reading, running, boxing, photography, watching basketball and soccer. Most importantly he loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Zaneel, and their three handsome kings - Zion, Zander, and Zavier. He and his family reside in Baltimore, MD.
