Jill Cotter, MD
Dr. Jill Cotter completed her medical education at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a 2015 graduate of the Medstar Franklin Square Family Medicine Residency. She completed a fellowship in obstetrics at The University of Texas Austin and practiced full scope, rural family medicine prior to joining the faculty of Medstar Franklin Square Family Medicine Residency in 2019. Dr. Cotter oversees the women’s health and obstetrics curriculum in addition to providing care to patients of all ages and genders at the Family Health Center.
