Sarah Magaziner, MD

Brown University
Brown University – Psychology

Sarah is originally from Bristol, Rhode Island, home of the nation’s oldest and longest running 4th of July celebration. As a child she briefly lived in Washington, DC and outside of Boston, Massachusetts, returning to Rhode Island for college and medical school. After majoring in Psychology at Brown University, she attended a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at Bryn Mawr College before taking opportunities to work at a crisis response center, a global health non-profit organization, an HIV/STI clinic, and as a volunteer for Planned Parenthood. Within medicine her passions include mental health, women’s and sexual health, adolescent medicine and global health – specifically, optimizing healthcare access for underserved populations. In her free time she loves to dance, read, spend time outdoors in any capacity, make any occasion into an excuse for a festive gathering, throw down in the kitchen, and hang out with her co-dependent cat, Rajah.
