Jackie Stark is a dynamic professional in healthcare education and program management. She is the Associate Director of Graduate Studies for Georgetown University’s Executive Master’s in Clinical Quality, Safety, and Leadership and the Program Manager in Education for the MedStar Health Institute for Quality & Safety (MIQS). With a strong background in operations, management, and program expansion, she is pivotal in advancing educational initiatives that drive quality and safety in healthcare.

Since joining MedStar Health and Georgetown University in 2014, Jackie has successfully managed and grown numerous educational programs, fostering innovation and excellence in healthcare leadership. She is responsible for overseeing the operational processes of the Executive Master’s program while also leading several of MIQS’s quality and safety education initiatives.

Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland, University College, and a Master of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Project Management. In 2025, she earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, underscoring her expertise in project management and execution.

Her passion for education and program excellence continues to drive her efforts in shaping the next generation of leaders in clinical quality and patient safety.
