Welcome to MedStar Health Home Infusion
MedStar Health Home Infusion provides sterile‑compounded IV (intravenous) therapies, parenteral nutrition, infusion pumps, and all associated supplies – delivered directly to patients’ homes. This location is not a patient-facing pharmacy and does not provide walk-in pharmacy services. Our pharmacy team works seamlessly with each patient’s provider and with MedStar Health Home Care or other home healthcare providers to initiate nursing care and infusion therapy safely in the comfort of home. We help streamline discharges from the hospital or facility, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and support patients who can safely transition to home‑based infusion care.
